Delivery.

Standard shipping costs £4.99. Standard shipping is free on orders over £40. Available services and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout before you pay. An upgrade changes the delivery service; it does not remove the document checks needed to make your plates.

Our published dispatch cut-off is 4pm, Monday to Friday. Orders received before then can be dispatched the same working day once payment and the required document checks are complete. Orders received after the cut-off move to the next working day. Please allow for weekends and bank holidays.

Our standard service is Royal Mail Tracked 48. Tracked 24 is the faster service used for delivery upgrades. These are delivery aims, not guaranteed arrival dates. Delivery time starts after dispatch, not when you submit an order. Tracking details are provided by email once available. Contact us if an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged.

Check your delivery address and postcode before paying. Contact us promptly if you need to change them; an order that has already been dispatched may be too late to amend. Ask us before travelling to the workshop if you want to arrange collection.
