Warranty policy.
Every plate in your order has a three-year warranty. The optional £4.99 Lifetime upgrade covers all plates in that order, with one charge for the order. Your statutory rights are separate from this cover.
Included three-year cover
The included warranty covers all plates in your order against the faults listed below for three years. Keep your order confirmation so we can identify your purchase. You do not need to buy the optional upgrade to receive the included cover or exercise your statutory rights.
Optional Lifetime upgrade
The Lifetime warranty upgrade costs £4.99 once per order and covers every plate within that order. It is not charged per plate. Check that the upgrade appears on your order confirmation if you choose it. Customers who already purchased an upgrade keep the cover agreed for their order; this page does not reduce existing entitlements.
What the included warranty covers
Covered faults are separation of the reflective backing, water entering the plate and damaging the acrylic or reflective layer, loss of adhesion of 4D or gel characters, and warping or bending of the acrylic. The exclusions below apply to this voluntary warranty.
Warranty exclusions and fitting
The warranty excludes normal wear such as scratches and chips, accidental damage, theft, lost plates and plates that have been drilled or screwed through. Drilling can allow water into the plate. Consider a compatible holder or adhesive fixing method and read the fitting instructions. These voluntary-cover exclusions do not remove statutory rights for faulty goods.
Making a claim
Use our contact form with your order number and an explanation. We will explain how to supply photographs or arrange an inspection if needed. Replacements for covered faults are at our expense, including replacement delivery and any necessary return postage. We begin the warranty process on the day a claim is approved. This replacement cover does not restrict any statutory right to a refund.
