An online basket needs to keep your selected goods associated with your session as you move between pages. Essential session and security technologies support the shopping functions you request. Blocking them in your browser can prevent the basket, checkout or sign-in from working.

We ask before loading Google Analytics through Google Tag Manager. Choose Reject optional cookies, Analytics only, or Analytics + advertising. Analytics helps us understand visits, plate-builder choices, basket additions, checkout starts and paid purchases. The advertising choice also allows Google advertising cookies and the use of visit and purchase data to connect sales to our Google ads and improve bidding. Analytics-only acceptance does not grant advertising consent, including choices saved before this option was introduced. Personalised advertising remains disabled. Rejecting optional cookies does not stop you shopping. Our measurement events exclude registration numbers, document images, contact details and private order links. Document uploads, account pages and contact forms are excluded from this integration.

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of a public storefront page to choose analytics only, analytics with advertising measurement, or reject optional cookies. We remember your choice for 180 days. Withdrawing optional consent stops our integration, removes its Google Analytics and advertising cookies, and reloads the page. Changing from advertising to analytics only removes advertising cookies and reloads with advertising consent denied. Withdrawal does not erase information previously sent to Google. You can also remove cookies in your browser; removing shopping cookies may clear your basket.

WooCommerce uses cookies as you use the shopping features:
woocommerce_cart_hash — detects basket changes; lasts for the session.
woocommerce_items_in_cart — records whether the basket contains items; lasts for the session.
wp_woocommerce_session_ followed by an identifier — links your browser to its basket; normally lasts two days.

When the analytics choice is offered:
nph_analytics_choice — remembers your selected analytics and advertising measurement choice for 180 days; it contains no registration or order information.
_ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier — Google Analytics visitor and session cookies, set only after acceptance through our integration. They are configured to expire after 180 days and may be renewed on a return visit. Browser limits can make their lifetime shorter.
After consent, a nph_purchase_ entry followed by an order number may be kept in this tab’s session storage to avoid counting the same paid receipt twice. It holds an expiry time, expires for measurement after one day, and is removed when analytics consent is withdrawn.
Advertising measurement may use Google cookies with names beginning _gcl_ or _gac_ to retain ad-click attribution. These are optional and enabled only by Analytics + advertising; they are removed by this integration when that permission is withdrawn. Their duration depends on the Google tag, commonly 90 days for conversion-linking cookies. Personalised advertising is not enabled.
