These terms explain ordering physical number plates and accessories from Number Plate Hub. Read them alongside our delivery, returns and warranty policies.

Your order and registration
You are ordering physical plates, not buying the right to a registration number. Check the registration, front/rear selection, dimensions, finish, spacing and delivery address before paying. The preview helps you review your choices; it does not establish entitlement to the registration or vehicle fit. Contact us immediately about an error. Changes may not be possible once production has started.
Prices, delivery and payment
Check the full total, delivery service and any optional extras before placing your order. Standard shipping is £4.99 and is free on orders over £40. A three-year warranty covers all plates in your order. The optional Lifetime upgrade costs £4.99 once per order and covers all plates in that order. The available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Documents and production
We need the required evidence of your name and address and your entitlement to use the registration before making your plates. Use the order-specific document instructions. Missing or incorrect documents can delay production and dispatch. Do not send identity documents through a general contact enquiry.
Road use and custom spacing
A road-use plate must meet the applicable rules as a complete product, including characters, spacing, colours, materials and markings. Custom-spacing options are for show use and must not be used on public roads. Custom-spacing plates do not carry the road-use supplier and BSAU footer. Choosing a raised finish or a particular size alone is not proof of road compliance.
Changes, returns and warranty
Personalised plates and standard accessories have different change-of-mind rules. Our returns policy explains these and how to report faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. The included warranty and any purchased upgrade are additional to your statutory consumer rights. Nothing in these terms removes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using our website and contacting us
Our website content belongs to Number Plate Hub or its licensors. You may use it to browse, order and keep a record of your purchase. Ask before reproducing it for commercial use. Use our contact form for order questions or complaints, including your order number and a description of the issue. The business contact details above are also available. Using the site does not by itself give consent to optional tracking or marketing.
