Proof of identity and entitlement links the registration to the person ordering the plates.
Identity and address.
You need documents establishing your name and address. A passport on its own establishes your name, not your address. Use the official accepted-document list below.
Registration entitlement.
Examples include a V5C, V750 or V778. Check that the registration on your order matches your entitlement document. GOV.UK lists the other accepted documents.
