Documents, delivery, sizes and warranty: the questions that come up when ordering replacement plates.
Can I order one plate?
Yes. Choose Front for a white plate, Rear for a yellow plate, or Front & Rear for a pair. Motorbike plates are rear only.
Am I buying the registration?
No. We supply physical number plates showing a registration you are already entitled to use.
Which size do I need?
Measure your existing plates and the mounting space on your vehicle. Standard car plates are 520 × 111mm. For a shorter plate, use our size checker with your registration.
How do I send my documents?
Use the private document-upload link supplied with your order. Have proof of your name and address and proof of your right to the registration ready. Our document guide explains the accepted types.
Can I return personalised plates?
We do not accept change-of-mind returns on plates made to your registration. If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, your statutory rights apply. Standard accessories have separate cancellation rights; see the returns policy.
How much is delivery?
Royal Mail Tracked 48 is free standard delivery. Tracked 24 costs £4.99, with a free upgrade on orders of £40 or more after discounts. Special Delivery and Local Collection are also available. Your delivery options and final total are shown before you pay.
What warranty is included?
Every plate in your order includes a three-year warranty. The optional Lifetime upgrade costs £4.99 once for the whole order and covers the same faults for as long as the original purchaser retains the registration. Cover continues if you move the same plates to another vehicle, but it does not transfer to a new owner. Read the warranty policy for cover, exclusions and claims.
Do you sell holders and fixings?
Yes. We offer pairs of black, chrome-effect and carbon-effect holders for standard rectangular acrylic plates, plus a fixing kit with adhesive pads, screws and caps.
