Use the contact form for privacy questions and requests about your information, or these business contact details.

Information used to handle your order

Order information includes your name, contact and delivery details, registration, selected products, order/payment references and correspondence. We use it to answer enquiries, process and deliver orders and provide aftercare. Processing needed to take steps at your request or fulfil your purchase is based on the contract. Information required for supplier and accounting records is handled to meet applicable legal obligations.

Identity and registration documents

Number plate supply requires evidence of your name and address and entitlement to use the registration. We use the requested documents for those checks and the associated supplier records. Without the required evidence we cannot make the plates. Use the order-specific document instructions rather than sending identity files through a general enquiry. Do not provide unrelated information.

Service providers and sharing

Information needed to complete your transaction is shared with the relevant payment provider and delivery company. Website, email and document-service providers may process information needed to run those services. Disclosure may also be required to meet a legal obligation or respond to an authorised request. The privacy notice for a payment provider applies to its own processing.

Retention and deletion

Retention depends on the purpose: completing the order, meeting number plate supplier and accounting record duties, resolving a complaint or warranty claim, and handling legal claims. Retention can differ between a document image and the supplier record of a check. A request for deletion does not always remove records that must be retained by law. Contact us about the information held for your order.

Your information rights

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy of your information. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. Use our contact form or the business contact details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Marketing and cookies

Placing an order or browsing does not automatically consent to unrelated marketing or optional tracking. An order or delivery message is different from marketing. Use an unsubscribe option where supplied, or contact us about marketing preferences. The cookie policy explains essential shopping cookies and optional technologies.

Contact form and spam checks

The form uses your name, email address, optional order reference and message to handle your enquiry. It sends the enquiry to our team by email. The form does not keep a separate message database or accept attachments. Short-lived security records use a keyed hash of your connection address to limit repeat submissions and expire after 15 minutes without another attempt. A submission token is retained for up to two hours to reduce duplicate messages. These checks support our legitimate interest in operating a usable contact service. Email retention is covered by the retention section above.
