Delivery Policy

We utilise both standard and premium delivery.

Free – Standard Tracked Shipping on orders over £40:  Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 which is a two day service.

£2.99 – for Standard Tracked Shipping on orders under £40.

£5.99 -Royal Mail Tracked 24: Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24 which is a next day service.

£10 – Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm the next day.

Orders received before 4pm Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders after 4pm will be shipped the next working day.

Refund Policy

1.2. Incorrect Information: Should the custom number plates deviate from the specifications provided during the ordering process, and the error is on our part, you are eligible for a refund.

1.3. Delivery Issues: Refunds are applicable if your custom number plates are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or experience significant delays due to issues within our control.

  1. Non-Eligibility for Refunds:

2.1. Customer Error: Refunds are not applicable if errors or issues with the custom number plates result from incorrect information provided by you during the ordering process.

2.2. Change of Mind: Orders where the customer has a change of mind or decides against the custom number plates are not eligible for refunds.

  1. Refund Procedure:

3.1. Contact Us: If you believe you meet the refund criteria outlined in Section 1, please contact our Customer Service team within one week of receiving your number plates.

3.2. Provide Evidence: Clear photographic evidence of quality issues, damage, or discrepancies with your number plates may be required.

3.3. Return of Merchandise: In certain cases, we may request the return of the number plates for inspection, providing you with instructions for the return process.

3.4. Processing Time: Upon receiving the necessary evidence and/or returned merchandise (if applicable), we will review your case and initiate the refund process on the same day of approval.
